Money cannot be refunded after ranks are given to players in-game.

Any errors such as double payment can be refunded / gifted to another player in-game.

Players who force a chargeback / refund without talking to management first will recieve an in-game ban.

Your card details will not be retained or used by any staff member of JellyCity. Nor will we ever ask for card details, anyone asking for your details are scamming you. We will not take any accountability for scams under our name as this is NOT us.
